It contains:
• Gentamicin Sulfate, USP, equivalent to 3 mg gentamicin base
• Mometasone Furoate Monohydrate, equivalent to 1 mg mometasone;
• Clotrimazole, USP 10 mg
• All in a mineral oil-based system containing a plasticized hydrocarbon gel.
Since Malmetazone only requires one treatment daily, it is easier for clients that have to treat their dogs that are suffering from an ear infection. And since mometazone furoate monohydrate is so much more potent than anti-inflammatory agents like betamethasone, Malmetazone Suspension rapidly controls the inflammation that can occur in the external ear while helping to reduce the related pain.
